There are three Premium plans. All unlock exactly the same features — the difference is total cost and length of commitment.

Monthly — USD 2.99/month

  • Automatic monthly renewal
  • 3-day free trial if you've never tried Premium
  • Good if you want to try before committing to a year
  • Cancel any time; the paid period stays active until the end of the month

Annual — USD 19.99/year (recommended)

  • Automatic annual renewal
  • 7-day free trial if you've never tried Premium
  • Saves approximately 44% compared to monthly (USD 2.99 × 12 = USD 35.88)
  • The plan most agricultural producers choose — farming operations naturally think in annual cycles, which fits the annual billing model

Lifetime — USD 99.99 one time

  • One-time payment, no renewal
  • No trial (doesn't apply to the model)
  • Use the app for life — as long as the app exists (not an eternal commitment on our part, but we plan to stick around for a long time)
  • If you're on a recurring plan and want to switch to lifetime, reach out so we can coordinate a credit

Is the trial really free?

Yes. No charge during the 3 or 7 days. You only need to associate a payment method (App Store or Google Play) that would be charged if you decide to continue. We'll notify you before the first charge so you can decide in time. If you cancel before the last day of the trial, you pay nothing.

How do I pay?

Via App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). We accept whatever payment methods those platforms support — credit card, debit, vouchers, gift cards. We don't process payments directly; all billing is handled by the stores.

This has an upside: cancellations, refunds, and disputes are fast and handled 100% through the store's own system, without contacting support. If you have a billing issue, try the store's automated flows first; our support handles the more complex cases.

What if I have multiple accounts or switch devices?

The subscription is tied to your App Store / Google Play account, not your device. If you change phones or reinstall the app:

  1. Sign in with the same Apple ID / Google Play account on the new device
  2. Open Contingencias → Settings → Premium → Restore purchases
  3. The plan reactivates without paying again

Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple/Google according to their policies. If you were charged incorrectly or didn't use the plan, you can request a refund from:
